"Adirondack Wilderness Awakening Labor Day Weekend 2020"

The practice of yoga and meditation go far beyond moving your body into shapes, let alone actively trying quiet the mind. It’s about living your yoga, being present, and observing the “Self” as we move through this world and the wilderness. Hiking through the Adirondack's is the perfect place to put these practices into play. Growing awareness to your breath, the feel of the earth beneath your feet, the trail ahead and the ambiance of the mountains requires you to completely sync into your senses, attune to nature.  A reawakening to the very nature that you come from. Lisa Knaffla and Brandon Gugala invite you to explore 5  days of reconnection to and tuning into your human, through heart-centered meditations, carefully curated yoga and mobility practices enabling your own intuitive autonomy with your body, mountain air pranayama, and unforgettable hiking in the mystical forests of the Adirondack Mountains.
