Mobiity, step 1, is about understanding how our bodies are designed to move. Step 2, identifying the movement patterns that are malfunctional/dysfunctional. Step 3, Determining which level/protocol our body is ready for to begin to move back into the patterns designed by nature. Step 4, MORE!
Your body didn't develop these compensating movement patterns overnight. And while you might feel amazing after just one mobility sesssion, they won't disappear after a single mobility session. The programming from mind to boy must be done over and over until said movement is the default program your body runs.
